The service was fantastic, from front desk to maids & breakfast staff! The breakfast had great selections and was better than expected, so a great way to start our day. The property seems a little dated but well cared for. It was adjacent to a commuter rail, but we could bearly hear it in the day and not at all at night. We would stay again - goi value for the medical center!

The room was very nice but we were exhausted the next day because they put us in a room on the 9th floor where there was nonstop machinery noise which seemed louder late at night and gave me a terrible headache. When I told the clerk, he offered my husband and me a bottle of water. Smh

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dallas Medical-Market Center. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and everything looked brand new. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. What stood out the most to me was the hospitality—everyone I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. It really made me feel at home, and that kind of service is something I truly appreciate. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Dallas. Highly recommend!
