We have stayed here about 4x in different years and this time the hotel has changed, and the service was not too good. Upon arrival the frond desk clerk was rude. The room was nice and clean,but it did smell a bit bad. No more basketball hoops, the BBQ area and pool area look poorly. I asked to use the BBQ pits in advance since there was a sign that we had to book the barbecue pits. The lady in the front desk said we didn't have to book it. When we got to using it lady told us we couldn't use it unless we booked it. My brother-in-law offered to give her a plate and she said yes. Also we asked to clean the pool, and lady in front just said maintenance is on vacation. So no cleaning the pool and why would we want to use the pool if it's cold. If our kids decide to get in the pool it's our business not hers the pool should be clean. Either way my nephew clean the pool. Breakfast area was good.

1st day there was a cockroach in the breakfast area. 2nd day breakfast area was left unattended, there was no coffees, plates, eggs, drinks were low, hardly no pastries left. This was still early in the morning 730am. We didn't attend breakfast thethsethiemorning because of the bad experience

The room was not completely clean upon or arrival. The room appeared to be ready, but there was something wet and slimy on the sheets. It felt like something was biting me and I woke up itchy the next day. We did not make it to breakfast.

The Saturday breakfast was delicious, the food was tasty and the juice tasted fresh. There were various options to choose from as well. Fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits and multiple protein options. The only downside to breakfast was that if the food ran out 30 mins before breakfast ended no more food or juice was brought out. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very spacious. My husband and I would stay again

The breakfast was not up to their normal standards I saw in the past. I arrived within 10 minutes of the start of the breakfast time. Hot foods were luke warm. The heating elements had not been started on either day prior to my arrival, although the food was out and people were serving themselves. My second day it was so questionable as to temp that I tossed the hot food and obtained food elsewhere. The pulled meat also had an off taste. Other than breakfast, my stay was great.
