The staff was very rude, each person except the man who checked me in. The breakfast was not fresh and was all forms of bread, a very poor continental breakfast. There were no cups near the juice, the water dispenser was completely empty each time I walked by evening and morning, and there was no flavored tea. The building is old and run down. There were stacks and stacks of empty cardboard boxes and other trash in multiple places around the property, inside and out. The shuttle bus was old and dirty. The bus driver never wore his seatbelt, so we had to listen to the terrible dinging of the reminder the whole trip. The bus driver ate while driving, and kept checking his phone. I should have known this was a bad place to stay when all other hotels were full or much higher priced in the area.

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at! 1)After waiting a hour for the shuttle bus to come get me I called back and they told me the driver was on lunch 2)They gave me a handicap room that smelled like cigarettes and didn’t have no other room to give me 3) on day 2 of being there it rained and while riding the shuttle bus to the mall the rain was coming in the bus from the leaking roof because the bus is old. The next day the bus was working The new owner is running the hotel with old stuff that needs to be updated

The shuttle service is not very and really needs to be upgraded. Two weeks in a row I’ve walked into my room and found it uncleaned. I like the hotel overall but somethings need better service, even the shuttle bus drivers are upset about the shuttles they are driving

Great DFW Hotel

Stayed here before flying out of DFW. Really like the airport shuttle service. Room is comfortable. The refrigerator makes too much noise though. Had to unplug it so I could sleep. Front desk service was excellent.

Good cheap place to stay. Our Tv is our room looking like it had been punched so the screen was shattered. The bathtub was not clean. It was a good place to lay your head down and then be on your way! The breakfast however was good!

We were only here for 10 hours, but, what we saw of the property was well kept. The one drawback was the free shuttle. Their normal shuttle van was in the shop and their loaner was a bit of a rattle trap. Check in was smooth and easy. Lots of dining options fairly close. We hit Applebees for their late night happy hour, cost for the Lyft was around $12 which included a tip.
