The person who checked me in was friendly, quick, informative & efficient. She even provided me with vital information regarding a venue nearby. The room was wonderful! Wish I had more than one night to spend. The only areas needing attention is my room door had a big chip in it & the wood shelves under my restroom sink also had chips which took away from the beautiful aesthetics of the room.
