Water damage in the bathroom in the ceiling ,shower door leaks and even with towels on the floor they still got soaked and caused a slipping problem

The room had a restroom door that didn’t work, the building had a public restroom that didn’t work. The room was okay but you could hear the noise from the other rooms and the hall. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of good options.

I was charge more for what I book the room for but when questioned about they didn’t know why and couldn’t give a straight answer but prior before checking call to see if I could pay cash I was told test at check out just need card on file did give a card on file and they already charged my card
