Overall a great stay and great place... just thats its a little dated now... carpets are faded and worn out... Sofas not in great shape... Peripheral gates do not operate any more... earlier these gates used to close by 7 pm... now they are open 24 hrs.

We stayed at this property 1 year ago and had a normal convenient experience with no issues. We had to be back in the area again so we booked here again. The ladies that checked me in were friendly. Checkin was easy. Everything was ok until we got back from eating dinner, the neighbors across from us were fighting/screaming and cussing at one another so loudly we could hear exactly what they were saying. We needed an extra pillow and blanket so I went down to the front desk, the man working was watching a movie or something on his laptop and hardly acknowledged me. He did go grab the bedding. We had no hot water. We were moved to a different room. The new room had no towels or rags. I went back down to the front desk to ask for some and the man told me he didn’t know if he can give me that many. I asked for 8. All which would have been used. We were in a 3 bedroom suite that sleeps 8. He allowed me to have 4. Our washing machine smelled like mold. Our new neighbors were smoking marijuana. When checking out the lady at the front desk asked how my stay was and I did inform her of everything since she was new to me and she offered an apology. We will not be staying at this property ever again.
