The staff who took care of me, was very polite and helpful even though I checked earlier than I was supposed to, because I was exhausted from my flight delay. He took care of me without hesitation after I informed him that my flight had been delayed twice, and all I need a room to sleep and shower. He took care of me without any further questions.

We made reservation 2 weeks ahead with confirmation. Check-in hours from 3 PM to 12 midnight. Arrived 10:54 PM exhausted from long drived with family member not feeling well. Looking forward to a confortable bed, instead was told that there was no room available. Showed the staff our confirmation but the staff on duty insisted that there was no confirmed booking , and told that they are fully booked. We had to book another hotel and drove another 20 miles. Their system is terrible. How could they loose a confirmed accomodation?! Very shady business and unprofessional.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and super nice. We loved the laundry in the rooms and the separate beds/baths as well. The hotel was very clean and put together, we thought it was brand new and were shocked when told it had been there for 5+ years! Definitely would recommend and visit again!

Floors were filthy. Accidentally knocked the cushion on the couch and it was so disgusting I gagged. There was pieces of candy on too of the living room entertainment system. Also none of the tv remotes worked. We won’t be back
