Rooms were dated but nice with a kitchen that gave basics of cups etc. Needs a bit of updating. Locks on bathroom didn't work, some of the cups were dirty and needed washing before use. But overall a nice place to stay.

It was ok. Liked having seperate bedrooms and bathrooms in our suite. Sheets had stains and elevator and hallways had unpleasant smells. Not the worst but not the best either.

Repeat customer for life!

Reservation was made under my boyfriend’s name and credit card on my account, and they refused to let him check in and pay the extra $100 for incidentals. I had to check in and pay the $100 with my debit card, luckily I had the money in my account. The rooms were nice and clean as always, and the price is always right. The people above us were a little loud, but settled down by the time we went to bed. The TV wasn’t connected to the WiFi, seemed to be only one option tor tv channel wise. Overall, this is our favorite place to stay in Dallas.
