This place felt like a student flat than a motel to stay. When we arrived the whole place was damp, cold and musty smelling. Bathroom was very dingy and you could see the mildew and mould on the roof. It did not feel clean at all and we got this vibe as we walked up the step. Gave both me and my child asthma attacks and everyone as come down with colds this following week.

Very friendly, nice enough place but very dated. Probably wouldn't stay there again but nothing wrong with the place and very handy to all the shops and city.
