I was quite disappointed during my recent stay. Unfortunately, several basic amenities were unavailable, such as waffles, milk, and white bread. Additionally, I encountered a rather unpleasant atmosphere, including some yelling from another guest, which was unsettling, especially for families with children. The bathroom in my first room was in poor condition, showing signs of rust and not as clean as expected, and the water had a yellow tint. Moreover, there was an overwhelming odor in that room, which made the experience uncomfortable. Throughout the hotel, there was a persistent smell of cigarettes and weed, which added to the overall unwelcoming environment. After enduring a car alarm that went off for three hours, we had to switch rooms to the fourth floor, which added to our frustration. I noticed that the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty, which is concerning, especially in current times. I also witnessed some guests behaving inappropriately, such as someone taking food that didn’t belong to them and others who seemed to be struggling. One of your outside doors were broken and no key needed to open the door from the outside. Overall, I hoped for a much more pleasant stay, and I believe improvements are needed to enhance the experience for all guests.

Walked into a bathroom with fecal matter crusted to the front side in plain sight. The toilet kept running all night into the following morning, receptionist Tim told me to jiggle it. He was annoyed I called multiple times but multiple problems occurred to no fault of my own. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. I’m handicapped, couldn’t go down but of I wanted anything I would need to send my son down to fetch it. Then we had very noisy neighbors banging and talking loudly. And the mattress was more spring coils than padding. I got no sleep at all. I expressed my inability to sleep due to the all the noise, to no avail. And the desk chair when I went to sit in it I noticed gross stuff along the seat back. Whomever is doing housekeeping is not doing it properly they are intentionally storing debris into the seat cushion along the back, left a toilet seat full of fetal matter, the bath tub dirty as well. I don’t know what I paid for really. I got no sleep, Tim was so nasty. If there wasn’t a snow storm I would have been gone. Oh and to make me feel better they actually offered me 15% of my next stay. Nope!

room was clean all the time.. Clean towels provided each day when asked. When we departed very early on Sunday the 30th, Kimberley the night desk manager made us coffee to go!!! What a treat. will definitely be back.
