The front desk staff was courteous on check-in and when I had a question about our reservation. Our first time at a Microtel. Was surprised there was no elevator. Room was a good size and the bathroom had all the normal amenities except no hooks or towel racks to hang stuff on. Room carpet could have used a good cleaning. In general an OK stay and the price was good, but not sure we will be going back.

We had a great stay here 11/2025 - we have stayed here a few times in our way to the cruise port in NJ - absolutely no complaints! I do have to add…. I left a small bag with cash in it in the room - realized two days later and called them- they had it there for me! Stopped in a week later on our way back through and picked it up - I could see they had a plastic crate full of lost and found items they were holding for people- honest people is all i can say!! Thank you Danbury Microtel for being accommodating and honest!

The price for a one night stay couldn’t be beat. I was in the area and just needed somewhere to lay my head. I liked the guest safety aspect of needing a guest key to scan to enter the building during the late hours.
