First impression the parking spaces are way too small! Since the parking lot was packed plus it was mostly trucks and SUVs it made it near impossible to park. Closest hotel to IKEA, that is just poor planning! Hotel floors everywhere were filthy, room doors and walls seem paper thin plus we had a room that was behind the elevator. I might have slept from 2am until 5am and that was it. Shower above us was so squeaky. Rooms are small - just like the parking spaces! Decor was nice, beds are comfortable. Way over priced for a hotel that obviously they are cheaping out on space and noise reduction. Staff was nice, I asked about the parking but the lot was super full front and back. Some cards you could see 4 cars/trucks parked over 5 spots. But no temp spots left I had to squeeze in and risk it. Plus it made it difficult to get out of your vehicle.

Beautiful new hotel with a wonderful location for shopping, dining. Our room is great, king size bed, pull out couch, very quiet, even enjoyed the whirlpool.

We liked that it was close to shopping in Dartmouth Crossing, had a pool with a waterslide, a 24 hour fitness center and Denny's restaurant, and was clean and felt safe.

The hotel was very nice and for it being March Break weekend it was extremely quiet. I like the fact that a room key was needed to use the elevator to go to the upper floors , it made you feel very safe 😊

Room was not ready at 6 pm, room dirty, pool had no towels, cleaning carts left in hallway. Stainless steel elevators dirty, loby glass filthy.

The table in the room was dirty. We didn’t have sheets for the pull out sofa and when got some sent up they were wet with stains on them. The elevator was full of chips all night. Dirty cups and cans left on the tables in the halls all night. Not impressed with this hotel at all, especially for the $350 it cost
