Not only was there no VIP benefit, we must have had the worst room in the hotel - directly above the drilling work they were doing on the 3 rd floor , near the pool. It started at 8 in the morning - incredibly loud and continuous, as it was literally just below our window. The day before they continued until 5.30 pm (we arrived at 5pm). Virtually any other room would have been far enough from the noise. Had we been staying another night, we would of course have requested a room change. Disappointing, as the hotel itself is a bit of an oasis - with nice facilities - and a good restaurant.

I don't think I would choose to stay anywhere else

It was so wonderful. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The food was absolutely excellent. There was live music in the lobby. A bar in the lobby. Very conveniently located I was able to walk to shopping, resturants, night clubs, bus station and business center. Bus stop is right there. Plenty of taxis.
