They stole my money. Demanded a $60 deposit on arrival that was not mentioned in booking. When I didn't have enough to pay, they refused to let me stay and refused to refund my money. Had to fight hotels.com for days to get 60% of the money back, but only as a credit. After being told I would receive a refund by multiple agents.

The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient.

Turntable in microwave did not turn. Microwave was burnt in the back. The room was discusting with roaches. There was no vending. Breakfast consists of mini muffins weak coffe and juice.

If we could have cancelled our reservation, we would have as soon as we saw the place. We walked in and even though it said No Smoking, the entire place smelled like smoke. We slept with the lights on for fear of bed bugs. They advertised free breakfast included. All they had was coffee, no food. Needless to say we won't be goung back there.
