This facility is in desperate need of updating and renovating. Our room had wallpaper peaking off the wall and cracks in the wall and ceiling. It was somewhat ominous that the hotel is on “Shart” street.

It was an okay stay and for the price point I can’t complain. Been to MUCH better and MUCH worse for the same price point. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was much more decent than I was expecting. An older hotel and has an odor. Rooms looked decent enough and our room didn’t smell poorly like the hallways. Air worked properly. Comforters were ragged with holes. Some towels had stains.

Upon entering the room, it smelled like wet dog. Spider webs all in corners of the ceilings. The ac unit, while worked and kept room cool, sounded like it was going to explode, making it hard to sleep. The shower did not drain properly, so you were in a pool of water taking a bath while taking a shower. Wifi was horrible, could never get the tv to work because of the connection dropping. The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the place needs maintenance done pretty bad.

The room smelled like cat. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. The pillowcase looked like it had fresh makeup on it, but the linens hadn’t been changed. The wallpaper was peeling off and was hooked back on with a thumbtack. The staff gave me a key card out of the return key in without sanitizing it or anything just reset it. I was never given the Wi-Fi password. If I would’ve had any other option, I would’ve left.

This is a hotel that needs some updates. The drain in the bathtub was very slow. The faucet had to be in a perfect position or would drip. The carpet was well worn and the walls had ripped wallpaper and the woodwork was well worn. The hallway had a strange odor. Breakfast was not a typical Choice hotel breakfast. There were very few choices and like many hotels if you are diabetic your choices are almost nil. At least they recognize they are not a 5 star hotel. On the back of every hotel door is the max price the hotel is allowed to charge for that room. I think this is the first hotel who had a price lower than $100 listed. Overall the hotel felt safe and the bed was clean and I got some sleep.

We rented three rooms. There was blood on the duvet covers in my room, the carpets were filthy, the ceiling in my kids room had water damage and mold, all three rooms smelled of smoke.The shower in both mine and my kids room was broken and the drains didn’t work. The safety locks on two of the rooms were broken and useless. The third room was okay but still smelled heavily of smoke.
