We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only

The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered. Unfortunately, we have not received any follow-up communication. Additionally, the property did not match the images ներկայաց when the reservation was made, which was very disappointing. Given the circumstances, we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience and respectfully request your assistance in securing an appropriate refund.

Booked the jacuzzi room and glad I did. It filled with quickly and it was more than hot enough. Bed was comfortable and clean. Only are lacking in my opinion is the tv, it was small and the sound wasn’t great. All in all I would stay again for sure.
