Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a couple minor issues with the room when we arrived and the staff took care of everything quickly and without any issue. Would definitely visit again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at Boardwalk. The rooms were clean. The view was amazing. Only thing I’d change would be to replace the chair in the room. And the pullout bed was extremely hard but most pullout beds are. We would stay there again.

Part of the hotel was being renovated so elevator was not working. Floor in room was very dirty. Laundry facilities were very poorly maintained. Definitely did not feel that 25.00 daily resort fee was justified. Pool water was cold, hot tub area was dirty, tiki bar was never opened. Nicest part of the hotel was the lobby area. Very disappointing.

Hotel looks to be going through the remodel process had a guy come banging on my door asking for food that he said was delivered when I called the lobby about this problem they already knew what was going on the attendant should of called me and resolved the situation before letting this guy come banging on my door seems to be a lot of people living there not vacationing living there and from prior experiences these people are usually the problem I won’t be staying there again

The smell of old musty mildew was almost unbearable. Room was not the cleanest, the pics look excellent like it’s updated but it was poorly done and very shoddy work making it subpar and lacking. The only thing going for the hotel is the location right on the water. This place charges way too much for a poorly done, smelly room. Will not book again. Which is a shame as Daytona is frequently my weekend getaway.

The room was clean enough and the price was average but I disagree completely with the $28 rip off "resort" fees that they charge! For what?, I asked. The attendant said it was for the use of the pool, house keeping and parking. When you can't check in until 4 pm, have to leave by 11 the next day, and the temperature is 35 degrees outside where the pool is?? Really? And you have to pay to park your car? Really? And for housekeeping when we are only in the room to sleep? And to top it off, we got to the hotel at 9 pm, turned the tv and it didnt even work. They had to send someone into the room to detach the tv from the wall and replace it ! Some resort!
