Great location but not so great condition

Delay at checkin but upgraded to suite meaning there was additional space with couch and recliner. Closet and bathroom doors had swelled and would stick. Floor was dirty so you did not want to be in socks or bare feet. Location was nice however being right on beach

Loved that they added heat to their pool however the pool felt very greasy. They don't have any way to prevent beech goers from coming up to the pool and we saw a lot of that. A/C unit right next to the bed so that was uncomfortable. Bedding wasn't the greatest. Very very flat pillows. Scratchy bedding but comfortable beds. The rooms are nice. Friendly staff. Washers & Dryers need updating very rusty. We went offsite for laundry.

Really disappointed in the hotel- loved being on the beach and having a pool, but that’s it. Could barely understand staff- cleaners kept coming into my room even though I said no service needed or I’m good- still used their key to come in!! Rude.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the area! Did not have to drive anywhere the whole weekend. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was great. The room was great. The view from the balcony was perfect. I have no complaints. Will stay here anytime i visit Daytona Beach. Thank you!

Well we got there and the front desk is not to friendly at all. A bunch of extra fees were added they add a resort fee but not sure I would call it a resort. Pool and hot tub dirty. Manager said she fixed the extra fees but have not yet come off my card yet. They tried to blame the fees on expedia. Room was small floors nasty had to wear shoes the whole time. Bedding was dirty although the bed was comfortable and they did come and put clean bedding once we asked. Was a disapointment for sure. Al though bartender was very friendly .

The stay was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The a/c worked perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all super nice. The one only thing that brought my rating down was the evaluator. The evaluator needed a good cleaning . It smelled like mold and was very musky.
