Great location!

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen has everything to prepare meals if you want. The building is oceanfront, this room is ocean view. You take elevator down and walk out the building and another 20 yeards and you are in sand, perfect location. The building is under construction because of the hurricane and the pools are emptied. The a/c didn’t always work but we were had a great time here.

Grat location, Ocean view, 10th floor had great views,condo was perfect,beautiful decorated, spacious,complete kitchen,comfortable beds ,great communication with Kimberly the guest connection from Evolve, i will definitely be coming back. Only downside was parking lot had a smell of Urine right in front of the property and it was very dirty .

The Room we rented was great...It was just awkwardly located in an older Resort. Seems like when the resort closed, they sold individuals the rooms. The front desk is No help with Check In....they do not have reservation information at all. The Room all have Hotel style doorknobs with Card key readers, but they do not work. You have to use a Residential Deadbolt lock above it to get into your room. The Resort interior is worn and dated; the exterior is Hurricane damaged. Parking Garage is permanently closed, and you cannot access the beach from the resort because of damage. Again, The inside of the room was Great!

We stayed for Daytona Bike Week. The unit we stayed in was very nice and well kept. The reason for only 3 stars was no Amenities were available. Understandably due to Hurricane damage the outside pool and deck were closed but not having the inside pool and other amenities for the nightly rate was disappointing.
