Had a little Snafu with not getting the welcome email with code for entry and stuff but Kyle was super responsive to messages and got me the needed info. Great house in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to the Daytona area attractions. Back yard is completely fenced so safe for the pups, even our crazy Jack Russell. Would definitely book again if in the area.

The home was completely redone and appliances were great. But….first and foremost there were no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. Connected with owner dropped shipped arrived two days later. No safety rails in either bathroom. Furniture was poor quality and vary sparse, no lamps, no dressers, black mold in big bedroom closet, cockroach in the kitchen. Kitchen table bench was damaged. Mop used to clean floor needs to be replaced. A house book with details about staying there, WiFi, local attractions. etc. Upgrade the towels as many of them had stains. no local tv stations.
