Amazing sea views from 2 bed apartment and easy to walk to restaurants. Very clean apartments and midern decor and furnishings. Felt very safe and family friendly. Senior front desk lady was very helpful.

They do not treat you well unless you are an owner

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. I was in town for my kids dance competition. We checked in Friday evening after school and had to be up early in the morning. Due to our arrival time, we were not allowed to use the pool/hot tub because they close when it is dark. No lights on the deck. Pitch black. Check in is normally at 3, but we weren’t able to get in until 7sh. Saturday we were out all day for competition, so by the time we got back to the hotel, it was past 7 as well. Once again not allowed to use the amenities. Sunday was our check out day, 10am. We got everything out of the room before then. I came to the desk around 930 to ask if we can borrow the beach towels in the room and drop it off somewhere to return. The “property manager” told me check out is at 1030. I told her I was aware, and that we didn’t get a chance at all to use the pool and would like to be able to stay for that for just a little bit. She got so rude with me and said I’m asking her to break policy. I tried to seek some compassion. When she asked if I was an timeshare owner, I said no, she said they only accommodate owners. I paid about $700 for this stay and apparently my money didn’t matter. Maintenance harassed my senior mother later on and accused her of being rude. He gave her the most angry stare at her and I tried to speak to him, but he said he’s going to the front desk, then came back out with security as if we were causing a scene. They are not nice to you unless you are an owner!

Really loved our stay. The room was beautiful and seemed newly renovated. Loved having a kitchenette. The outdoor pools are really nice and the beach is right there. Would definitely go back! Woman at the front desk was a bit crabby but I can live with that.

The resort is well kept. Beach has direct easy access and the pool is clean and deep...although in the spring it could use a little heating. We enjoyed the hot tub, but wish there was more than one since the only one gets monopolized. The ONLY issue we had was the shower drain having a large amount of hair covering it at check in. Resort is located in a great area and has food available on site. Indoor pool is being repaired.

Beautiful property. No issues. We were able to check in right away (we got lucky the room was ready) Parking was easy (not sure about summer but mid March was fine). Arcade was fun for my granddaughter. Indoor pool is out but being worked on. Full kitchen including pans, clean, pool towels, comfortable bed and bedding. Nice cold AC, two bedrooms unit 3004. Beautiful view of the ocean. No balcony but we didn’t mind. Beach access open and easy. Someone mentioned security by the pool but they didn’t bother us at all. One pool had some water jets coming up that the kids enjoy. Tiki bar was nice and bartender was sweet and made yummy drinks. They put a 250.00 security deposit on my credit card but came right off when we checked out. Ordered food from Genovese’s and it was fast and really good. Definitely would stay again.

I was pleased the room was updated and modern. Disappointed that I was mislead in my booking of a 1 bedroom, but instead given a studio. However the ocean view is amazing. Conveniently located for the bike weekend festivities. I recommend the resort but to double check the type of unit you are booking to ensure proper accommodations for your number of guests.
