We needed another chair in this room. Each room should have at least 2 chairs. Michael at the front desk made sure that we received one right away. Michael was really helpful when we checked in. Very pleasant.

as far as convenience goes, it was great but. I walked in the door and it was musty smelly, but after I turn on the air conditioner in the fan, it was fine.

The only working ice machine was on the fourth floor and half the time that was not working either. My son had an injury and needed ice so this was very frustrating. In our bathroom there was no conditioner in the conditioner container. I have been staying in Hamptons for years and if this hotel is any indication they have really gone downhill.
