If you love the beach but hate the crowds, Sea Fern is the perfect choice for your next vacation spot in Daytona Beach Shores. Sea Fern is a very small complex located on one of the few sections of no-drive beach. Being a smaller complex, you'll almost always be able to find a chair by the pool, no matter the time of year.
Feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders as you enter this completely remodeled and newly furnished, oceanfront condo. The elegant living room is filled with comfortable furnishings and a Smart TV all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area and additional bar stools can accomodate the whole group during mealtimes. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and offers cooking with a view like no other.
The oceanfront primary suite hosts its own private, oceanfront balcony entrance, a king bed, and a Smart TV. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a low-ledge walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, full/twin bunk bed, and a Smart TV. The guest bathroom holds a shower/tub combo.
The over-sized, oceanfront balcony is filled with an abundance of patio furniture. It's the perfect spot to listen to seagulls flying by and waves crashing into the shore. It's rare to find such a large, oceanfront balcony that includes sun loungers, easy chairs, and an outdoot dining set.

After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. The stay was great and the condo was very nice. Would definitely come back to this location. The only downside was the building was under renovation and a lot of construction noise during our stay. The pool was open but unfortunately it was unusable during our stay due to the construction creating a lot of dust that landed in the pool. But we spent most of our time out enjoying the beach and surrounding area sites and attractions. Will definitely come back once all the renovations are completed. The property management staff was great to work with and check in and check out was very easy. Instruction were very clear and concise as well. Thank you!

This was a fantastic condo and one of my favorites. The condo was spacious, had a huge balcony, new interior and well stocked. I liked that this was a smaller complex with a large pool close to the beach. It never seemed crowded and you never had to wait for the elevator. Condo was in a great location. Excellent place that we loved and will return to.

We had a great stay. The condo looked like it had just been remodels inside. Great location and just a small complex, so the elevators were always waiting for us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which was nicely furnished. We were very happy with the condo and will come back again.
