Everything was spot on Great view wish we could have used the balcony maybe next time but it didn't stop nothing very clean and friendly will stay again in the future thanks

The interior of the condo we rented has been remodeled and was clean. There were plenty of towels and other supplies available, however the television did not work so we had nothing to watch while we relaxed in the evenings. The exterior of the building is completely under construction. The room claimed to offer access to an outside balcony, however there was no railing so access was restricted. It also showed a beautiful pool and outdoor space but all of that is unusable and under construction due to hurricane damage from several years ago. We were very disappointed to find this out after we arrived. The parking lot can barely accommodate guests for parking. The host was responsive to my questions/issues, however guests should be made aware of the ongoing construction so there is no misrepresented expectations.

Was told this was ocean view and with a balcony. The balcony was shut off due to construcrion. Could not even open the drapes to look at the ocean as consteucrion crews were right there on the balcony daily from 8:30 - 5 PM making loud drilling noises all day long. No access to ocean from lobby that anyone can walk into. Have to walk all the way around the street to get to ocean. Owners never informed no balcony or lobby ocean access.

Daytona Beach oceanfront

Property was very clean and as pictured. Self check-in was super easy. Parking is free with hang tag available in room. Pool and patio area are currently under construction but wasn’t a big deal for us.

Balcony with a view is true!

Loved being able to hear & see the ocean from the balcony & even from indoors.Comfy get-away.Facility as a whole is undergoing repair but this unit has been recently nicely updated.

The property was great, hassle free! Quiet! Beautiful room nicely remodeled. Water pressure in the shower was horrible, that is something that definately needs looked into.
