Very nice stay, one night. No food service avaliable, although snack machines. Check in was a verynice young man,accomodating. Would have liked a view of the stream and woods, not the parking lot. Would stay again.

The room was nice .. clean .. comfortable bed .. but the first impression when entering the front door was poor .. the entrance door was uninviting .. you walk right into the casino .. dark .. seemed run down .. check in counter was outdated .. the restaurant was there but not open for business .. the bar was small .. bottom line .. the room was nice but the rest of the place was poor .. would not go back again unless lots of remodeling is done

Had the wrong room given to us, but they fixed it right away. The presedential suite was beautiful. The patio with the creek and the fireplace were nice. Patio furniture was very old, but did the job. Complimentary donuts were only served a short time and kinda eh. There was a lot left to be desired for the casino, kinda run down. And the customer service had no idea how to set up a players card.

Stated there was a restaurant or sports bar and there wasn’t, it was hard to get someone in the kitchen available to cook. Most of the staff were not friendly at all and I paid for a queen double room and the beds were full size beds. Microwave didn’t work and air conditioner kept freezing up.

It was just an overnight stay during a longer trip, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was available but i recommend going somewhere else, the trolley to downtown deadwood was a plus

The hotel rooms were clean, well-maintained, and met our needs comfortably. However, the property itself could benefit from some updates. We arrived at 2:30 PM and attempted to check in early, but our room was not ready yet. Despite this, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and provided a warm and informative introduction to her town. For overseas travelers, it’s worth confirming when booking whether a ground-floor room is available, as some second-level rooms do not have elevator access. The hotel is situated at the far end of town, about a 25-minute walk from the center. Parking in the town center is paid, but there is a trolley transit service that stops at various locations, including hotels, the main street, and casinos. As of this writing, the fare is $2 per person per ride.

We stayed in a Presidential Suite. Very soothing being adjacent to the creek. Nice large private deck. Spacious suite with comfortable furnishings. Separate bedroom very convenient. Staff was very helpful.
