Very enjoyable stay in the heart of Deauville. Owner was very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of room and felt like home. Deauville is a great location for exploring Normandy area and day trips are easy to many places of interest.

maison de ville très bien placée mais très sale !

nous avons passé deux semaines à Deauville dans cette maison, dont l'emplacement est juste parfait : à deux pas de la gare et de la plage, avec tous les commerces à portée de main. La disposition des chambres est parfaite : une chambre pour les enfants, une chambre pour les parents et une pour ma mère. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont toujours été fluides et nous avons été accueillis par une dame charmante qui nous a montré la maison et donné les bonnes adresses des environs. Le gros hic a été l'état dans lequel nous avons trouvé la maison: très sale. J'ai l'habitude de louer chez les particuliers depuis des années, et c'est la première fois que je suis accueillie dans une maison dans cet état de saleté. De la poussière et des cheveux partout, des toiles d'araignées dans les coins, des restes d'araignée morte collée au rideau de la chambre, des cheveux et du sable dans la baignoire (et sur le savon, beurk !), la moisissure dans le tiroir du lave-linge, les poignées des portes grasses et collantes, assiettes et couverts sales, sans parler de l'intérieur des meubles de cuisine, la liste serait encore longue. IL nous a semblé de suite évident qu'il y avait des endroits de la maison qui n'avaient pas vu passer un aspirateur depuis un bon moment : la preuve, des papiers de chocolats probablement laissés par les précédents locataires y étaient encore (chambre et salon), ainsi que des miettes d'un ancien apéro sur les magazines de la table basse. Nous l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée au propriétaire, qui en était surpris et nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, mais ne nous a pas pour autant proposé de faire revenir la femme de ménage. La dame qui nous a accueilli nous a dit qu'une personne passerait pour le nettoyage du patio deux trois fois par semaine, elle n'est venue que l'avant veille de notre départ. Bref, nous avons nettoyé comme nous avons pu les objets d'usage quotidiens et n'avons pas touché le reste. Quelques petits désagréments : la chasse d'eau qui se détache, le lave linge qui fuit, la porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas à clé, la poignée de la chambre qui ne tient pas ... En synthèse : pratique et confortable, mais à 270 euro/nuit on s'attend à un autre niveau de propreté et d'attention à ce qu'on met à disposition des locataires. Encore plus dans une période de crise sanitaire où on s'attend à un ménage soigneux et méticuleux.

Gezellig huisje op toplocatie in Deauville

Gezellig huisje op een steenworp van de dagelijkse markt en op 10 minuutjes stappen van het strand. Ook het gezellige zusterstadje Trouville ligt op een korte wandeling van 15 minuten.

Un été à Deauville

Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour dans une charmante maison de ville de Deauville .proche du centre et de la plage tout à ete si facile durant notre sejour pas besoin de voiture .le propriétaire très accueillant était present à notre arrivée pour nous faire le tour du propriétaire la maison tes joliment meublé dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent sejour et je n'oublie pas la petite cour intérieure agréablement fleurie où il est agréable de se reposer et de déjeuner j'allais oublier le soleil était present chaque jour..pour finir tout à ete parfait

Parfait à tous points de vue

Super résidence accueillante et propriétaire adorable. Équipement parfait, confort, jardins magnifique et agréable sur cour intérieur. Localisation parfaite....nous n aurions ou mieux tomber. À une minute du marché avec tous les services. Ma famille et moi la recommandons sans aucune hésitation
