The staff is friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good but we wished it had later hours, perhaps making it 7-10 am instead of 6-9 am. The ice machine wasn't working which was a big disappointment for a hotel. Overall, we would stay again.

We needed to change our arrival date due to a blizzard arriving Wed. Although usual check in is by midnight they were able to accommodate a 115am arrival. Also due to the power outage Thurs in dome rooms, including ours, they were able to allow us to have another that did have power until it came on few hours later

Overall a nice place. A couple of things that could be improved: 1) Roku TV service should be simpler; very difficult for average user, especially trying to access local channels for weather and sports 2) water pressure in shower needs much improvement

Nice for the price

Check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Arrived at 715pm and there were no lights in the parking lot, the Super 8 sign was not lit. The next day there was 1 light on during the day. Saturday night again the lights were not on in the parking lot. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast options were very limited. My biggest safety concern was the dark parking lot and back door does not latch to require key entry.
