Why have chairs in the lobby if itcant be used
Staff was rude to one of the guests in our party. She suffers from mental illness and was questioned for being in common areas of the hotel.

Motel is going downhill. We have stayed a few times over the past 2 years and it is progressively getting worse. Dirty and breakfast if being broke down before 10, which is the time we are given. Morning breakfast people are not very friendly. Front desk staff are not as friendly as it was a couple years ago. Seems like there are homeless people hanging out
