Excellent staff of course! Kind, friendly, and helpful! Really comfy bed. Soft-close doors, so I’m not getting jarred awake in the middle of the night with people letting their door slam. However, the hot tub is not hot, just warm. If I didn’t keep moving, I would literally be shivering. My only complaint!

Our stay was good very disappointed in the lady that checked us in I’m guessing she was having a bad day and took it out on us. Another disappointment was the pool wasn’t working wish they would have stated it was under remodel when we booked was hoping to take the grandson swimming. The room was great it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good plenty of choices.

Very nice staff. Pool and hot tub area nice. Rooms nice, but beds not well supported and way too soft, with both together causing bed sink in middle, causing foot end to raise. They nicely accommodated a change in rooms for different bed, but same issue. Breakfast excellent. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
