Good but could be better in certain ways

The bed was very comfortable. Shower/bathroom not very big and shower head kinda sucked but worked pool was dirty so didn’t swim in it but the hot tub was good .i don’t like the fact that hotel guest have to pay for parking when we are already paying to stay.but

It was filthy. I paid for 2 breakfast @ 17.00 each. It said you had a restaurant that we would be dining in fir breakfast. In reality it was a continental breakfast at best. For 17.00 i was expecting a descent breakfast, not fake eggs. Very disappointed.

I’ve stayed here before with no problem this last time was different. My room didn’t seem cleaned in maybe 2 weeks . The walls had what looked like food and finger prints everywhere. There was no cold water in my room at all. My patio door didn’t close or lock which was unsafe to me considering the folks partying next door could have just jumped the short wall to my patio which didn’t allow me to sleep. Having to stay here for work was the worst. All the doors to the pool were locked at 7pm couldn’t get no help from staff , they just watched as I tried to access the pool. In the end I didn’t have luck or get to swim. . When I was asked to do a survey I explained how this was a horriable stay. They didn’t seem to care about that either. This is so close to my job but unfortunately I will not stay here again!

Carpet old/stains. Not the worst. Tried to use swinging door latch when going to bed to realise of the 4 screws securing to door, 1 missing, other 3 half unscrewed. Not sure how this is missed. Room nextdoor had 3 kids in it. Hoping maintenance and security do thorough inspection soon. Did not like having to pay 30 bucks to park on the property im staying either.

Very disappointing for a Holiday Inn, unexpected fees. Walls were dirty and pieces of the ceiling hanging, our room smelled like smoke. Hopefully they get a renovation done sooner than later.
