Quiet space near Denver needing some essentials
We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use.
Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet and duvet, no flat sheet at all. Coffee maker was also dirty with used coffee grounds still in it.
The washer/dryer advertised was broken by a previous renter. We were not informed of this issue until we attempted to use washer on day one of our four night stay. We also noticed no detergent provided, but we’d travelled with our own in anticipation of using washer. We had to contact owner to ask about the non functioning appliance and the issue was not resolved during our stay leaving us struggling for clean clothes.
We were also expecting to check in by 3:30 as advertised… we contacted owner asking for check in instructions the night before and were told we’d get a code once the cleaners were finished. We were asked what time we planned to check in and we responded with 3:30-4. We were then told cleaner would be done by 4, but not given code to check in until 4:15.
Overall, nicer new home but needs above issues addressed.
