The Brown Palace, of course, is an iconic and beautiful hotel. We have stayed there in the past and have enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately with this stay, the front desk staff and the house keeping was substandard. One of the best places to stay in Denver at Christmas time. The room was super clean, all the staff were great. The food at the Ship Tavern has vastly improved since I went last ~2 years ago

Seriously in need of a major renovation. Peeling paint, old dtained carpet and furnishings. Bathroom a train wreck.
