Room was nice and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfortable and linens were soft and clean. Breakfast was good, one day they were out of eggs. I stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came. Luckily I didn’t need any new towels/linens/etc, but I can see how this could be an issue for some travelers.

The lounge chair in the was so worn that the cushion gone. The "office" chair was also pretty bad. The rest of the room was fine but it's clear that no one who works there has ever tested the comfort of the furniture.

The hotel is clean and well presented. There are lots of communal areas allowing you to relax in spaces other than your room. The room was spacious with good facilities. The breakfast is good and included in the price albeit a little hit or miss whether fresh fruit is available. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We weren’t expecting valet only parking but probably missed that note somewhere before booking. The breakfast buffet included hot foods (scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage), much more than your standard continental breakfast. The rooms also had a few more amenities than we were expecting, including a sink, medium sized fridge, plates/cups/bowls, utensils, a toaster, and a few other kitchen supplies plus a dishwasher. Hot coffee and water for tea (and the tea) was available on the main floor 24/7. The bar area had shuffleboard, a small golf putting setup, and tabletop connect 4, with ample seating areas.

One of my favorite hotels in downtown Denver

This building actually has two brands in it and both of them are great. I like the breakfast I like how clean the rooms are I always have an enjoyable stay.
