We had a very nice stay. Convenient location with free parking, which is always a plus, and some fairly descent dinning options near by. The staff was very friendly. Sadly no pool. Congested traffic area and construction was a bit irritating.

Hyatt place

This was a nice hotel. No swimming pool. But they had a gym. Breakfast service was good, with many choices. They only had 1 working elevator. So there was always hotel guests waiting for the elevator.

Beware might not get deposit back for WEEKS

I have tried calling the property at least eight times leaving multiple voicemails and have yet to get a call back I am just trying to get my deposit back. It’s been over three weeks. They try to blame it on my card company when I talk to someone at the front desk they just keep telling me they’re gonna transfer me to operations manager, but this is ridiculous. It takes two minutes to call someone back and let them know what they need to do or whatever or do whatever needs to be done and yet still cannot get done so just a heads up. It’s only $100 but that’s not the point of it.

Needs some attention and care …

Second time I have stayed at this location. Hotel is very nice. Booked a King Room, which upon arrival was not available, but offered a suite instead. Very nice, spacious, comfortable room. My stay was five nights. Maid service was very, very good! Five stars! Was surprised that only one elevator was working for such a large hotel. Eleven floors. Mornings going to breakfast was a little annoying with all the people. Breakfast really wasn’t very good. I understand that it’s hard to serve so many people. Food was pretty bad … no taste. I paid each day $11 for a large Starbucks latte - which thank goodness the hotel had. Staff was very nice and the hotel is nice, but it feels like it’s going south.

The shower base was not properly sloped into the drain. So, while taking a shower, the dirty water was collecting in the middle. It wasn’t too deep, but still hit the hygiene... Another very important thing: I did hang the tag that they put for bypassing room service during my stay, because I did not want others to enter my room. However, they slid a card under saying something like they could not serve due to my request, but it is the hotel’s policy to visit the room at least once every 24 hours. It is not OK! I didn’t like this invasion of privacy. If I were OK with you entering my room, I wouldn’t put that tag on my door. What is the point? You need to change your policy.
