Self-check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before your stay. Our home is divided into two apartments, with the basement unit rented out separately. You may encounter other guests in the shared entryway stairwell, but your unit remains fully private. Both units share the same electrical panel, located in the garage. In the rare event that the basement loses power, we might need to send maintenance to access the panel.
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, an open-concept living area with a modern gas fireplace, and a kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and European soft-close cabinets. Dogs are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per month (2nd dog is an additional $50 per month). Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.
