Very clean room. My phone didn't dial out. No hot water. No microwave or fridge. There was a communal microwave but it broke and owner thought it was broke on purpose. Never mind that everyone was using it for breakfast lunch and dinner. Not to mention snacks n hot beverages. Of course it's not gonna last as long as I. His house of 1 to 5 people.
