The building is run down. Complimentary Breakfast there was no fruit or yogurt. It was skimpy. The eaely morning front desk clerk was not customer service oriented. At 3:30 in the morning shuttle service staff were very loud talking outside. Not conducive to sleep.

The hotel housekeepers, breakfast staff &maintenance clearly do a great job and it shows! The front desk staff however acted like I was something they scraped off their shoe. There was 1 great guy, works nights, 20’s black hair, really kind. All of the others…are not. Especially the woman that checked me in acted like since I booked the room through Expedia, I was an imposition of her time or a criminal, it was just weird.
