No Wake Up Call as requested.

It was very nice staying at this BayMont. My only concern was we almost missed our van service for our flight because we didn't get a wake up call at 2:30 as requested. If not for the people next door kids, we would have been short. But things happen. It was a very nice stay. We will staying at another one in a few months.

Got there from a long drive we got our room but it was one bed. I got irritated so I went back and I told the lady that I ordered a room with two bed on the app and she look at me like she don’t care about my business, but she helped me anyway she didn’t even apologize The room that we got the pillows was so small. I never got a room that has pillows that are really small so it was very uncomfortable sleeping on it. so yes I don’t think I will never stay there again, but thank you for your service.
