Code to the building not working - Disappointing

The property and room were clean! The main problem was I was given a code to enter into the building but did not work for the 3 days I stayed there! First time I called them the person that answered me was at a location with serious background noise to the extent that I told him I could not hear all he was saying because of the background noise! He was not helpful and for the 3 days I had to rely on the mercies of occupants of the apartments to let me in under their suspicious eyes! One of them even helped to put in the code! Was expecting the company to send me a workable code but they never did!

Decent but with noise and external light issues

This particular room was on the bottom floor next to the entrance door and the door to the stairs both of which are loud (they provide ear plugs next to the bed). The blinds are generally good except at night where light from the street shines through the sides. Overall fine for me but it you're a light sleeper or need it to be very dark this is not the place for you

Nice stay. The room is very small and they do not provide nice amenities. Bring your own TP, laundry detergent, and soap. Location is wonderful. Basically a hotel room.

Sonder needs to communicate better

Sonder was a nice place to stay but getting the access codes to get in was a nightmare. Sonder did not help with anything. There lack of communication made me not even want to stay there.

Upon arrival I was unable to enter the front door, where upon I contacted headquarters for the passcode. Then at the assigned room I was unable to key enter and needed to call again. I was informed that the company had been transferred to Marriott and there were complications with the computer system. I was given help who used his computer to override the system. When I left the room I made a quick return but was unable to get in the front door. Two others arrived by Uber and neither were able to enter, so again I called headquarters, quite frustrated at this point, and they gave me the combination for the lock-box. I continued to use the key for the reminder of the visit. Otherwise the room was comfortable.

The property inside was run down, not as described, and did not match the cost I paid per night. The AC was cracked, you could not run the washer/dryer while watching the TV or having the lights on. This was not up to the same standard as a Marriott. In short I was highly dissapointed.

Great stay

The location is excellent, within walking distance to downtown via a scenic riverside path—perfect for a relaxing stroll. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, with clear instructions for all the property’s features. When assistance was needed, it was provided promptly. Although the suite’s entrance code initially didn’t work, the issue was quickly resolved via chat. The neighborhood is quiet and undergoing updates with modern townhouse developments featuring clean, contemporary architecture. The suite is fully equipped like an apartment and offers convenient access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the city skyline.
