YOU PAY $45 PER NIGHT FOR VALET PARKING

It was nice enough, but what they don't tell you until you check out, is that you have to pay $45 a night for valet parking. You don't have a choice but to valet park. I would not have stayed there if I had known that.

The description that I read said free parking. This is not entirely true, the parking lot in the back of the hotel is for valet only (which is $45 a night). Parking is free on the street after 6pm Monday thru Friday and all weekend long. The hot water wasn’t coming out hot and we were instructed to flush the toilet AND run the sink at the same time in order for the hot water to run properly. There is zero smoking on the property (even on the balcony). The actual area is close to a few bars and restaurants however, we were told by the locals to stay on one side of downtown since the other side wouldn’t be safe

Was very pleased with the hotel. Great Location nice rooms amazing views with awesome balcony’s. Great staff and a great value. $45 a day for parking is the only problem with the property. It is $20 a day next door overnight. Free overnight street parking is available from 6pm-9am. You can pay with app but beware you need to use a credit card right at 9 am or you will get a $35 ticket app won’t work
