We had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and was willing to make some accomadations for us. House was clean and a nice space for multiple couples traveling for a weekend wedding.

Great location in historic and walk friendly and safe neighborhood of central Des Moines. Very spacious spaces with plenty of room for cooking and hanging out. Really enjoyed the spaces and access to a grassy yard for evening outside time. Great place to spend a week with family.

A great neighborhood and comfortable place to stay. It would have been improved with table lamps in the bedroom where my husband and I stayed, living room chairs in the living room. There was a nice sofa but folks ended up siting on the carpeted floor.

Comfortable and convenient

It was a short distance from Well Fargo Stadium which makes it super convenient. Everything was clean. Easy check in process, property owner was responsive to questions. Would stay at this property again. Would love to have TVs in the bedrooms though.

This property is a duplex in a historic home that has been updated. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all large enough for many people to gather. It's wonderful that all the bedrooms are on one floor and easy to access. There are plenty of amenities in the kitchen, lots of bathroom towels, plus shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. The location is super easy to find, lovely area, and quick access to to I235. Great communication with the host.

Property was exceptionally accommodating. Plenty of spacious room for everyone. Extra bathroom (don't remember it mentioned in the details) was an especially welcome surprise! Property was clean (there were some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, there was also detergent, so I think someone just forgot to hit the button) Not a deal breaker! Beautiful, historic neighborhood. Felt safe going outside/for a walk around several blocks. Check in/out was easy. Host was easy to contact through the app. Very responsive and attentive. Will definitely consider this property when we travel to Des Moines again!
