Thank you for choosing our property. By booking, you agree to the following House Rules and House Manual.

House Rules

Check-In: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $40, subject to availability. Self-check-in instructions will be sent on your arrival day. Check-in is available until 11:00 PM.

Parking: One parking pass is provided inside the unit. Please display it clearly and park in the south row. Additional vehicles must use street parking. Guests are responsible for towing fees. Lost, damaged, or altered parking passes incur a $25 replacement fee.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or building. A $250 fee applies.

Pets: Pets are not permitted. A $150 fee may apply.

Parties: Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. A $250 fee may apply.

Keys & Access: Please do not share your door code. Lost or damaged keys or key fobs incur a $150 replacement fee.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any missing, damaged, or stained items.

Cleaning: Please report any cleaning concerns shortly after check-in so we can assist.

Trash: Please dispose of trash in the parking lot dumpster or leave bagged trash inside the unit after checkout. Do not leave trash in common areas.

Packages: Personal mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property.

Security: A noise monitor is installed in the living area, and a Ring camera monitors the exterior entrance only. Neither records inside the unit. Please do not tamper with these devices.

Communication: Please remain reachable using the phone number on your reservation during your stay.

Forgotten Items: Please retrieve any belongings within 6 hours after checkout.

Liability: Guests are responsible for their party and any damages. Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

House Manual

Wi-Fi: Your network name and password are included in your check-in instructions.

TV: The Roku Smart TV is ready to use. Please sign out of your streaming accounts before checkout.

Kitchen: The oven and microwave operate like standard household appliances.

Thermostat: Located on the wall beside the bathroom entrance.

Washer & Dryer: Instructions are provided on the machines. If you need assistance, just send us a message.

Support: Our team is available through Airbnb messages from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM. You may message us anytime, and we`ll respond as soon as possible.
