It took 45 minutes to check in and I was the only one. The fan in bathroom was extremely loud. The lamp was missing a light bulb. The remote did not work. The furniture and carpet were filthy with spots everywhere. Breakfast was very limited and there seemed to never be coffee available. Limited seating. Had to ask daily for fresh towels.

Very helpful staff!! Had a couple requests and front desk manager was happy to help!! Breakfast coordinator did a great job keeping food ready and area tidy. Thank you!! If I am in the area i will stay again and take advantage again of their very nice heated pool and hot tub.

Front desk staff , house keepers & breakfast person so very friendly everything was kept full as far as breakfast. Beds were comfortable. I got a great night sleep after a long day at Adventure Land. We will definitely be back.

The staff were very polite!! The pool was was warm and the rooms were clean (aside from some marks on the lamps, but it’s whatever.) The beds were super comfortable. Would recommend.
