Stayed 9 days and sheets were never changed. Cleaning rooms daily was not their priority. Continental breakfast was only half way decent with other patrons even though we were charged for the same experience room smelled like dog.

The whole stay was good! The breakfast was only bagels, toast(wheat or cinnamon raisin bread), raisin bran or Cheerios cereal, Melon, or greek yogurt. The room was spacious and clean. Small hotel but cozy. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

This is a small hotel, and I liked that it was located in a relatively quiet area. The staff members were kind and helpful. The parking lot was fine, and rideshare drivers were able to find the pickup point easily. Rooms were surprisingly large and spacious. I loved having a microwave and mini fridge. The beds were decent, and the showerheads had great water pressure. Air conditioning was very effective. The breakfast selection was limited (bagels with plain cream cheese, yogurt with granola and frozen berries, toast, cereals, milk, and juices. The coffee wasn't bad. But other minor things could be improved. For example, the front desk was staffed only until 4 pm some days, but the entry gates were never locked despite having card readers mounted on them. (Sometimes the gate was just wide open, actually.) This wouldn't have been as concerning if the rooms felt more secure -- our rooms had no peep holes and no u-shaped security latches that larger hotels commonly have. Ladies, I would strongly recommend a portable door alarm for your room if that'll help you sleep easier without a latch. The rooms were clean, but the walls and trim pieces were pretty beat up. We traveled in a group and booked six rooms, but there was only one iron available for the property, which we were surprised to find out given there are 20+ rooms. We also chose this hotel because the name indicated a spa-focused experience. However, we found out later that they do only single and couples massages.

We needed to find somewhere close to our renovation project : Onsen is just right , with an amazing manager Tracy , beautiful hot pool and simple breakfast. It feels so good to check in after a long drive, have some wine and snack and a dip in the hot tub .

Dude in the front was super helpful, polite, and super welcoming! The room was amazing! Super clean, very spacious, and comfy bed! We stood there 2 night and had book the spa treatment, super relaxing! We basically had the whole pool to ourselves as well, which was very nice! I would recommend this place and go back!

My daughter and her girlfriends stayed 2 nights. Check in was smooth and when she entered her room she saw a big roach on the carpet. Gross! Told her don’t worry I will write a review on this hotel. I’m going to reach out to the hotel and let them know. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

I couldn't find the staff when checking in. I called the number on the front desk and no answer. I just sat and waited. Employee eventually showed up. Toilet was broken in room and went back to lobby to report the handle was broken and couldn't flush it. Employee was gone again and no answer on the phone number on the counter to call when not staffed. Breakfast starts late at 7:30 and I was gone by then. I've stayed here many times and it's getting worse. Oh, hot tub is not very hot but pool was comfortable.
