A tropical retreat set above the beaches of Destin, The 19th Hole celebrates the daring spirit of the original Destin explorers, architects, and sporting enthusiasts Throughout this newly remodeled home, discover a blend of classic Spanish influences, vintage coastal touches and modern comforts —so you can feel energized and inspired during your stay.

The 19th Hole is prominently featured in the community of Crystal Beach and is directly across the street from the Barracuda Beach Entrance. The home is within walking distance of the Destin Commons mall, award winning dining, Whole Foods, entertainment and much more. The pool can be heated** from October through the end of May. We include a daily luxury beach chair setup of 2 chairs and an oversized umbrella from March - October.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

Home Layout: Sleeps 14

First Floor: King Bedroom (sleeps 2), Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Wrap Around Decks.
Second Floor: King Master Suite (sleeps 2), Bunk Room with Bathroom and 2 Twin Bunks (sleeps 4)
Carriage House: Sleeps 6 | 1st floor King Bed with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, Bathroom, and Laundry, 2nd floor King Bed with Bathroom, sitting area and Kitchenette.

Parking - 3 vehicles may park at the home. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses or trailers are permitted. No street parking.

4 beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

**Pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

The 19th Hole contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected at time of booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
