This unit has been updated with new sofas and open access to the private patio, perfect for kicking back after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing and serving meals and snacks and there are 2 TVs for your entertainment and a washer and dryer for your convenience. This great condo also comes with complimentary beach service.

Grand Caribbean is located in the much sought after Crystal Beach area of Destin. The property is located right across the street from the dedicated beach access and is only a short stroll to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The community has a pool, hot tub, and a community grilling area all on site. This vacation home is only minutes from great local restaurants and shopping.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
