Shuttle pick up from airport never came. Waited an hour & even after calling hotel several times shuttle never arrived. The Hotel itself looks worn. Our room was ok but then I looked at sheets on bed & found stains on sheets & pillowcases. Looked as though someone had slept on pillows. Front desk person was kind enough to find a different room which was a little better but just didn’t feel clean. Daughter needed a crib & none available. Staff was nice so that’s a plus.
