Had to ask 3 times for someone to look at heater. The staff were not customer helpful. Maintenance were to come to my room. No one came. No knock on my door. Had the tv on and you could hear it if you were outside the door. I was told he did not come because I had the sign on the door that I did not need the room cleaned.
No amenities to speak of.
When checking in no one looked at me, or said we’ll be right with you, nothing for approximately 6 minutes.
Mold should be cleaned in shower.
Not even 3 star.
