LGBT Welcoming Hotels in Chile

It’s the Mandarin Oriental and that’s says a lot. The staff here is very nice and helpful they accommodated us with any needs even with some simple meds from the pharmacy. They offered us suggestions as well as making us feel at home. Thank you to Fabian to give us a crash course on Pisco, Javiera to make us feel great every single morning with her smile and service, Augustina with her joyful self and by giving us suggestions in the city etc. Thank you to the entire staff at the Front Desk to accommodate for a late check out since our flight was late at night and the concierge for taking care of all our needs, and least but not last the housekeeping staff who takes care of our rooms to have it perfectly organized and clean every day. Great Job Guys! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent for a short stay in Santiago. I arrived in the late morning and had a connecting flight to Peru early the next morning. I was able to freshen up then spend an afternoon in the main city with Uber pick up points at the domestic airport. Then in the morning I was easily able to make my connecting flight at 7am as the international terminal was a 5 min walk. Room was good, bed was comfortable. I was very happy overall.

Me encantó el hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias, bonitas, muy cómodas y estaban impecablemente limpias. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. Además, pudimos utilizar el sauna, lo cual fue una excelente experiencia y complementó muy bien nuestra estadía. Sin duda, es un hotel al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente.
