Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and I would easily rate the staff 5/5. The resort itself was enjoyable, but some areas and facilities felt a little dated or worn and could benefit from some updates. In our room, a few of the lights were not working, and the shower water pressure was fairly low. The food was generally very good. The bar food was solid, although nothing especially impressive—pretty much what you would expect from typical bar food. Breakfast and dinner were both quite good, though, with plenty of options. We definitely ate more than we should have most nights, which probably says enough about how much we enjoyed it. The main downside for us was the beach. There was a large amount of seaweed along the shoreline, and it did not appear to be cleared daily. In some areas, the buildup was close to a foot high and extended several yards up the beach, which made it harder to fully enjoy the shoreline. Despite those issues, the staff and food made a very positive impression and helped make our stay enjoyable. With some facility updates, room maintenance, and more consistent beach cleanup, this could be an even better resort experience.

We had an amazing stay at Grapetree Bay. The rooms are as pictured clean, renovated and large. AC was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed all our delicious meals on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to everyone and cannot wait to return.

This was our first time being in St Croix. I have a family of 7: wife and 4 grown children (1 married with a child on the way). My wife and daughter have disabilities. This home was beautifully situated. Everyone had their own spaces. We were asked to list any discrepancies within 24 hours of check-in. There were a couple. The host immediately jumped on them to make sure we were comfortable. It's great when everything is perfect, but it shows heart and intentions when there is a problem but the hosts don't look for excuses. They executed their mission like the 5 star facility they advertised. Thanks for making this trip one for our history books!
