Well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Air conditioning was a plus. There are stairs that lead into the lobby from the street, it would have been nice to have more staff available to assist with luggage. Excellent location, close to all the key attractions.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its value for money. Copenhagen is generally an expensive city, so the room rate was quite reasonable. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions. The main drawback is the room size—it was extremely small, even by European standards, and there was very limited space for luggage. Another disappointment was that luggage lockers are not complimentary, even for hotel guests. Charging guests to store their luggage before check-in or after check-out didn't feel very guest-friendly. Overall, it's a good budget option if you're looking for an affordable stay in Copenhagen and don't mind sacrificing space.
