Near to all the attraction. The system is not friendly, rooms are not cleaned everyday. The number of staff is too small compared to the size of the hostel

It was clean and convenient but only a step up from a hostel in my opinion. There was everything you needed in the room and the bed was comfy.No air con so street noise from open window. Breakfast was worth the money. was worth the money.

Very good fairly central location, walked everywhere, close to river swimming spots and restaurants in meatpacking district. Staff were friendly and helpful, but there's some strange 'rules' such as only certain room type can borrow a hairdryer, others can only buy one (what a waste!!) Rooms are basic and clean, but too hot and stuffy (and you can't really leave the window open at night as close to busy road and railway station noise)

Room was very pleasant and cozy, basic but clean with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. Everything is well organized and efficient. And the price is most reasonable by Copenhagen standards. I read some bad reviews before coming, which worried me but my advice is to ignore them. I was there for 9 nights and was relaxed, comfortable and content.

Not worth the money

Hotel charges extra if more people are staying in the room. Parking is expensive and only alternative. We have stayed here 2 times before, but will not be returning after this 3rd one. For $300 per night we can find better options.

The stay did its job. Especially enjoyed the gym. The bathroom was clean but could have done with better body wash, which was provided in a one-use small sachet. You have to request for your room to be cleaned, areas such as under the bed and the floor were visibly not
