1st, no luggage trolleys available. Room had musty smell, very little water pressure in faucet and shower, a couple walked into our room that had been given same room #/key card That’s enough for us to never use Holiday Inn Express again

Large room, very clean. I was driving all day and arrived around 9pm so having a little pub in the hotel where I could order food and take to my room instead of having to drive around and try and find something open was great.

room was clean, shower needed some tlc, but bed and towels were clean. I'm tall and toilet was very low, but it was clean. Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly and helpful.
